The more they stay the same.
This poem, "Much Madness is Divinest Sense", by Emily Dickinson, is so applicable, especially these days. It's amazing that Ms. Dickinson had such incredible insight; she rarely ventured far from her home in Amherst.
Much madness is divinest sense
To a discerning eye;
Much sense, the starkest madness.
'Tis the majority
In this, as all, prevails.
Assent, and you are sane-;
Demur, --you're straightway dangerous.
And handled with a chain.
