I wander around the house in the morning, coffee cup in hand, mindlessly sipping. I'm not sure it would be so simple if I had to eat it with a spoon, but it's nice to know it's an option.
Italy's famous coffee maker, Lavazza, has teamed up with inventor Ferran Adria to bring you Espesso, the solid espresso.
Espresso mixed with sugar and a secret ingredient is squirted out of a canister like whipped cream, producing a mousse-like substance you eat with a spoon.
Available in espresso, cappuccino and macchiato flavors.

I think I will pass on this one. I prefer my regular hot coffee.
