Do you hear something at the door, Dear?
Why yes. I believe it's Spot scratching to get in.
I'll get it.
A number of people have sent me this shot lately. Probably wondering it that's my front door. The gators do seem to be on the march. So far, the cats have kept the varmints away.
That sure as hell ain't the Fuller Brush man. Eeek. In SF, we had racoons that raided the cat food bowls on the front porch. Once in a while, a little masked face or two would be peering in the front window, as curious about me as I was about them. Don't know what I'd do if I saw a gator.

Ohh, this blog is really wonderful and stunning. Very nice blog!!!!! I like the door because i think the elegant doors always reflect a little of the personality of the homeowner. But not only the door should be identified with the preferences of individuals but all the parts of the house.
